From asphalt to gravel, the urban Helkama CX is a true go-to electric bike, ideal for commuting and everyday mobility. The wide, smoothly rolling tyres ensure traction even on poor surfaces, making the CX an excellent choice as an all-year electric bike. Light front suspension improves ride comfort even in varying conditions.
The CX bikes have one low frame design that is suitable for everyone, making it easier to get on the bike. The long-lasting battery is seamlessly and discreetly integrated into the bike frame. The CX city bike’s street mountain bike-like style and minimalistic design is crowned by matte black fenders and a daytime running light with the Helkama crest. The daytime running light is a stylish little detail that improves your visibility in traffic and always lights up when the motor is on.
Advanced ride experience and automatic gears
The CX e-bike is powered by Shimano’s 2nd Gen EP6 motor that delivers an astonishing 85 Nm of torque. The sturdy assist helps you to climb steeper slopes without breaking a sweat. The stylish 504 Wh battery integrated in the frame is enough for long bike rides on a single charge. The bicycle also features Suntour 80 mm front suspension to guarantee excellent riding comfort on pavement and gravel roads alike.
The 8-speed CX bike has an automatic gear set, so you can focus fully on the ride. The system takes care of gear changes automatically, but you can also change gears yourself.
Customise for every occasion
You can easily customise your bike to suit your needs with a basket or pannier bag. The CX city e-bike features a sleek yet sturdy Urban Pro pannier rack with the AtranVeloSystem for attaching accessories. This means that you can easily attach the accessories from the product family by simply clicking them into place.
In addition to the Helkama DRL daytime running light, the bike has high-quality front and rear lights from Finnish Herrmans, which increase your cycling safety and ensure that you stand out in traffic when it gets dark.
