Are cookies used on helkamavelox.fi and what are they?
Helkama Velox uses cookies and other similar technologies, such as local storage of the browser. Cookies are small text files between the browser of the terminal device and the server. Cookies and other identifiers have a set validity period, after which the browser deletes the identifier. We use these technologies to implement operations, personalisation, analytics and targeting marketing.
Functional cookies and local storage are used, for example, for customer identification, login maintenance and shopping cart functions. For these functions, the use of cookies and local storage and accepting their use is mandatory. Functional cookies and local storage variables set by the server remain in the browser for 15 minutes to 24 months, unless they are separately deleted from the browser settings. Visiting the site sets cookies and local storage variables again when the browser allows it.

In addition to the privacy features of account management, you can opt out of the tags used to target marketing by enabling the browser’s Do Not Track feature and setting the browser to reject third-party cookies.
