Helkama TE7 7sp 28”

Helkama TE7 is a well-equipped hybrid e-bike that offers carefree e-cycling, especially for commuting and urban cycling. The bicycle is made at Helkama’s plant in Hanko.

The seven-speed TE7 e-hybrid gives joy with its stylish dark grey colour, and it is available in two frame sizes. The bicycle features a Shimano Nexus 7 gear set, conventional coaster brake and powerful hydraulic front brake that guarantees certain braking power. Puncture-protected Schwalbe tyres roll smoothly on both pavement and gravel. Herrmans front and rear light, frame lock, kickstand and AtranVeloSystem pannier rack are included in the standard equipment.

Shimano motor and battery

With the Shimano E6110 motor, travel is swift: the 60 Nm maximum torque assists effectively even on steep inclines. In spite of its power, the E6110 runs very silently and unnoticeably. The lightweight motor is designed to respond quickly, which increases safety in fast-paced traffic. Shimano’s high-quality electric assist creates a steady and natural ride feel — with three assist levels: eco, normal and high.

The TE7 e-bike has a Shimano BT-E8010 battery partly integrated in the aluminium frame, and it is easy to remove from the bicycle. The Shimano SC-E6100 display shows your trip data in a handy way. The cycle computer displays your speed, distance, trip duration, time, gears, estimated range and battery charge.

Shimano E-Tube Project app

The TE7 e-bike can be connected by Bluetooth to the Shimano E-Tube Project app for editing the ride settings wirelessly. You can create two different profiles in the app, switch between them during your ride and review your ride data.
